WELCOME TO 'YOU, ME & US'- CULTURE AND DIVERSITY IQUEST
Australia is a large continent with an impressive history. It is made up of a diversity of people, their religions, cultural traditions and language. 22% of our population moved here from another country and our communities are growing, there are many families from a culturally diverse background who practice their traditions within Australia. It is the contribution of the people who migrated here that have built our country.
It is time to stop looking at our differences and focus on the similarities we share and ask ourselves.

We want everyone to feel confident and proud of ‘Who they are’ and ‘Where they have come from’, and we need your help to educate our community on some contributions that people who have different cultures have bought to our society.
To do this we will begin our journey and experience some of the ways New Years is celebrated in other cultures.
